About This Tour
Discover local wine and food traditions
Join us for an immersive experience among the picturesque vineyards of the Novantanovesima Grotta farm and winery in Cesa, Caserta. The tour will be an immersion into the organic viticulture of the Alberate and includes participation in the "Heroic Harvest," where we can experience the grape harvest from tall ladders up close, discovering local wine traditions. After exploring the vineyards, we will move on to visit a bakery to discover and taste the secrets of bread-making. We will learn about the preparation of casatiello, a savory rustic dish of the Campanian tradition.
