About This Tour
Explore the heart of Agro-Aversano
An exciting tour that combines two unique experiences. Starting from the Di Santo Dairy, where we will discover the artisanal production of mozzarella. We will visit the buffalo farm, the innovative biogas plant, and the dairy itself, where we will be shown the stages of mozzarella production, concluding with a delicious tasting of typical products such as mozzarella, caciocavallo, and ricotta. We will then proceed with the tour to Novantanovesima Grotta, an organic farm and winery specialized in the production of Asprinio wine. We will visit the vineyards, witness the "Heroic Harvest," and discover the historical testimonies of the company.
