About This Tour
Tour to discover the 9 iconic churches of Naples.
Following the trajectory of a spiral, this tour will immerse you in a whirlwind of emotions, transporting you to the discovery of 9 of the most beautiful and historic churches in Naples. It will begin at Borgo Santa Lucia, which owes its name to the Church, built almost on the shores of the sea, in honor of the saint. We will continue along a path of streets and alleys to reach the heart of the historic center and visit the baroque Church of Gesù Nuovo with its unique diamond-shaped facade. We will then move on to the majestic gothic Church of Santa Chiara. Along Spaccanapoli, we will visit the church of Saints Philip and James, a building desired and constructed by the Silk Art Corporation. We will then ascend along San Gregorio Armeno, the street of nativity scenes, where we will visit the homonymous Church also dedicated to Saint Patricia, where in addition to its rich decorations, the relics and blood of the Saint are also preserved. We will visit the gothic church of the Complex of San Lorenzo Maggiore and subsequently the cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, better known as the Duomo. We will then continue with the visit of the last two churches: the basilica of the Most Holy Annunciation and the Sanctuary of Maria Santissima del Carmine."
