Esplora il cuore dell'Agro-Aversano
Un tour emozionante che combina due esperienze uniche. Partendo dal Caseificio Di Santo, dove scopriremo la produzione artigianale della mozzarella. Visiteremo l'allevamento di bufale, l'innovativo impianto di biogas e il caseificio stesso, dove ci verranno mostrate le fasi di produzione della mozzarella, per concludere con una deliziosa degustazione di prodotti tipici come mozzarella, caciocavallo e ricotta. Proseguiremo poi con la visita alla Grotta Novantanovesima, un'azienda agricola e vinicola biologica specializzata nella produzione di vino Asprinio. Visiteremo i vigneti, assisteremo alla "Vendemmia Eroica" e scopriremo le testimonianze storiche dell'azienda. La visita si concluderà con una degustazione di vini Asprinio, per un'immersione completa nella tradizione vinicola locale.
