We will arrive at the farm where a guide will tell us the history of the family and show us how they have cultivated the land and cared for the animals. We will visit the buffalo paddocks, the biogas plant, the milking room, and the calf barn.
Santo Dairy
The pleasant welcome from the staff will be accompanied by a practical demonstration of mozzarella preparation.
Tasting of typical products
We will taste the dairy products such as mozzarella, caciocavallo, ricotta, a slice of bread with local olive oil, accompanied by a glass of wine.
